    Excellent product, new as described. Best value, low cost provider. Reasonably fast shipping. However, Packaging was insufficient loosely covered in cardboard and in a plastic mailer instead of a box so it was delivered with the part having poked a hole in package, which was disconcerting to see. Fortunately as part was metal it was not functionally damaged, the Stove burner works like new!

    The seller has been awesome to deal with. The USPS lost this item no fault of the seller and I canceled the transaction due to a very long wait. A few days after canceling it arrived at my door.
