    I reached out to the seller to see if we could come to resolution since the item arrived perfectly packaged & in great condition, but unfortunately didn’t work which wasn’t indicated in the description listing. I had bought another item to go with this item that’s was nonrefundable & was giving them together as a gift without enough time to get a replacement. The seller offered no solution except a return which wasn’t really an option considering the above. I was hoping we could work it out.

    The item arrived with a chip in the glass handle, which would put one at risk of slicing their finger when they lifted the lid. This was not photographed to be visible to the buyer, nor was it mentioned in the item description. The seller did not respond after the item was sent, and I had to ask eBay to help with getting a refund. Although the item was well-package and arrived quickly, I would not order from this seller again.
