    The item arrived damaged. The rotor/stator appeared to have been properly packaged. Based on the condition of the cardboard box, I assume the item was damaged while in transit. I notified the seller, who responded promptly. The seller issued me a full refund. Despite the condition of the item, my experience with appliancefindpartsserhly was positive. I would definitely buy from them again and refer them to friends and family.

    I bought the rack on September 30th and the seller shipped the same day. I received the rack today, October 3rd. The item was packed securely in the box. I would give the seller an A++++ for the packing job! The rack was used, but it looks brand new. Good description and photos of the rack!
