    The oven was missing the crumb tray when it arrived but the seller immediately sent one to me and made everything right. Besides the missing crumb tray, the oven arrived as-described except for a very-small dent on the right side which may or may not have been due to the insufficient padding in the packaging. The oven itself is great and works perfectly. Thanks!
