  Item showed not picked up by USPS 2 weeks after ordering, so a bit of a mixup originally. However, the seller responded immediately at that point and agreed to send out a unit. This time it was sent and received quickly, and it is clean and fully functional as I d hoped for. I m a seller as well, so I know things happen. The product was received within one week after placing the order and was wrapped in protective materials to insure that it would be received without damage.   The oven was missing the crumb tray when it arrived but the seller immediately sent one to me and made everything right. Besides the missing crumb tray, the oven arrived as-described except for a very-small dent on the right side which may or may not have been due to the insufficient padding in the packaging. The oven itself is great and works perfectly. Thanks!
