    Looks to be Brand new , Quality seems Ok with it being plastic. Great Part Value . Only problem I had with this order is The way they packaged the Fule pump, when I shook the box it was Very loose and free on the inside and Knowing how postal services work, they don’t really take care of our packages which made me wonder if it was damaged or not with it being so loosely wrapped Could use better Packaging . Most of bubble wrap had no air.
