    I ordered on 12/31/24 and they arrived on 1/5/25 so shipping time was great. The tape roll in the photo appears to have a solid background but they are actually clear which surprised me but looks great on a box. The price was lower than Amazon, they appear to be high quality.     It was a positive transaction only after I messaged the seller and received a refund. I placed the order on December 7th, received a confirmation message the 8th, but by the 21st I hadn't received any further updates or communications. After I messaged them for a status, they promptly refunded my purchase with a note stating they were out of stock. It would have been nice if they messaged me earlier as my machine sat without toner for over three weeks until I could find an alternate supplier.
