    The seller advertised free shipping for this item. When UPS tried to deliver it to my house they told me that I had to pay a fee of $56.25 before they could give me my package. I messaged the seller and they had knowledge that this would happen but did not inform me of this “import fee” before purchase. I have been waiting for three days for a response from the seller and nothing. I would not have purchased this item from them knowing so. Do not buy from them.

    In the eBay transaction, it is very clearly stated that "the buyer needs to handle the import duties of the goods themselves", and not the seller bears this cost. I did not inform you because I thought the buyers were aware of this. I hope you will read the trading rules carefully. Thank you.

    I have two issues with this seller. First, the part was not a direct fit even though they claimed it was. It had the wrong hydraulic hose and fitting on the strut so it didn’t actually come from the model they claimed it did. Second, beware of this seller. They do not respond to messages at all. I was presented with a nearly $100 freight charge when they stated it was free shipping. And they pretend to be in the US but it ships out of China.
