  seller has two listings, one is 'new', one is 'new other'. i put in a bid for the 'new' listing and sellers sent a bunch of vacuum parts in what looks like a stolen amazon box with stolen amazon wrapping paper. tried to contact sellers, he has his listing set so you may not contact him directly. the ebay definition of new is "New A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging.

  So the seller posted no guarantee but it was a open box so I personally think that they knew it was junk and didn’t work but I don’t know for sure I contacted them, but they never got back with me at all and I paid as much as a brand new one actually more just to throw it in the trash  not to happy about that
