After finding the forks bent which I THINK ALL THE BIKES HAVE BENT FORKS he offered some money back for, but then we found that he hadn't fitted a battery, which we paid for outside of eBay. He knew we had been scammed before and that i was a vulnerable disabled person with organ failure, so he refunded the money for the bike but not the money for fitting a battery that he didn't fit (250!) DO NOT ASK HIM TO FIT A BATTERY.
