  Arrived on time & as described. Great price for both. However i was not a fan of the packaging. One was cracked, dented & leaked into the mailer(some items need more wrapping care added to them). Seller was super responsive, understanding & willing to work with me on my return/refund & concern. I will definitely purchase from again.   I chose the seller because they were offering the best price on a bundle deal. As I was getting ready to check out, I was informed that the seller was on vacation and I decided to order anyway because I was not in a big rush. Even with the seller being on vacation, I still received my items promptly, no delay! The items arrived packaged perfectly (LOVE the pink bag!), brand new, and a phenomenal price for items that have been discontinued by Aveda. I would definitely use the seller again.

  Items arrived in original packaging good condition (no damage). I'm a long-term user of this hair mask. It is discontinued by the manufacturer. There is no difference in quality (color, texture, scent or performance) from the product I bought in store. The seller was willing to negotiate; was able to get a deal on the price.
