  I've purchased so much from this seller because they consistently offer quality items (and I'm very picky) at incredibly affordable prices.   This is a very honest seller. She mistakenly listed a "shell" pearl necklace as a "Natural" one. When I received it and wrote to her to request a refund, she refunded in full immediately. So, even though I was disappointed with the purchase, I was very happy with the Seller. :)
