  I asked the seller to provide the ground advantage because I wanted to save on shipping costs. The buyer changed the expensive shipping to a cheaper one but didn't give me a refund. I contacted him several times and he only told me that he had helped me change the shipping method. However, when it came to refunding, she didn't reply. I sent many messages but didn't reply!
