Item arrived in good time well packaged with charger as described. I have to say it was not a completely clean refurb but i feel like this was reflected in the price. The insides needed a little cleaning and the webcam and mic had been disabled in BIOS. These are issues I sorted myself but the seller is very clear about contacting him if any issues so I won't penalise him in feedback for that. I really love this little laptop.
