  Seller only sent 1 of 2 boxes,we ordered a bed with a slide, the slide , the instructions and all the screws are missing as they are obviously in the second box that was never sent. Have tried to contact seller to ship and they have not tried to help. Will be raising a case. Don't order from them

  The bed arrived in perfect condition. I was AMAZED at the packing from the factory -- every piece protected and easy to unpack, and the hardware was in a shrink pack -- everything easy to account for. Arrived on time, and -- even for this very heavy shipment -- shipping was free. Excellent seller, excellent item, excellent transaction. Thanks!
