  I purchased advertised "new" dress ($43). Received dress used. Terribly wrinkled with stains and oder and poorly packaged-stuck in envelope with no plastic wrap. Contacted seller with photos to return. Seller stated something mustve happened in shipping. Return policy stated customer pays return shipping. I paid return shipping and took a month for refund for item. Just be cautious about "new" vs. used but like new with stains.

However, I do understand that sometimes unexpected issues can occur during transit. When I received the dress there were no stains or odors but I provided you with a refund.Thank you for your patience during the return process.
