  First purchase they accidentally sent the wrong board. Contacted them and put in an offer for a new one to be shipped. They gave us a 25% off my offer refund on the replacement and upgraded the shipping. We returned the first board and they initiated a refund without having to ask once it was delivered. Stuff happens sometimes. Glad they were easy to work with. Thanks!

  This sale was cancelled, but the customer service regarding this transaction was excellent. I purchased this item thinking it was an IDE hard drive, but it was in fact a SATA. The seller alerted me BEFORE shipping the item, what the format was to make sure it was what I needed. When I noticed it was in fact not what I wanted, the seller offered to cancel the sale. I was really impressed, and did cancel. I think it was great that they took the initiative to handle the issue before shipping.
