  Purchased & payed for item same day. Two days after purchase (1) was informed: the item was damaged, (2) second contact when pressed the item was supposed to be new & sealed in box, was told that the item was defective. No reply after that, had to contact Ebay in which I was given a refund from Ebay! The person I had dealt with from Ebay was fantastic. I was informed that the seller would be reprimanded that he had violated Ebay's protocall. Seller did eventually refund: Seller not genuine!
