    Although I couldn't use this product properly (the item could not be charged due to the charging wire did not fit into the charging port), the seller tried to offer a possible solution first before I requested a return for a refund. And although there was not a feasible solution, they granted the return request for a full refund, which I truly appreciated. the seller was very courteous and professional throughout the whole purchasing process and that's very rare in the consumer climate.

    Radio works as intended, had to ask seller how to get the steering wheel controls working and they were very prompt and fixed my issue immediately.     The unit looked good, and I could not try it due to the wiring harness not matching even though the listing stated that this unit included the correct harness. They wanted $35 to get the correct harness from China and I didn't want to pay it, since the listing said it was included. They didn't want me to return it so I went thru Ebay and explained and it was refunded after I got the shipping label and returned it.
