    The product as itself is in good condition. My negative experience was with the shipping process. As we need the product faster, we have paid the 3-day shipping. However, the company took the six-day shipping, without reimburse the difference. That is unacceptable. The excuse was that the shipping company have issues. Well, it against the customers' rights. I still waiting for an eBay's representative to fix the situation.

    seller dropped price in June. I tried to pay 1020.00. I called, emailed, texted. they then raised price over original price before reducing. said inflation. waste of my time. no integrity. better deals on ebay. not honest either. sorry I gave them the benefit of doubt.
