  Seller faked "item sent" right after I purchased, but provided not tracking information. Item never arrived. I filed a case with eBay choosing that I wanted a refund and no longer wanted this seller to send the item. (Indeed yesterday, having not received this, I purchased similar item at a retail store locally) Today I got a message from this seller: Oh, sorry for the delay, sending not. BAD VENDOR! not to be trusted! Buy elsewhere!

  The ad says it's 17 to 18 inches, but they sent me a 15-inch size. If they don't have the size they advertise, remove the ad. They're scammers and won't exchange or refund you.

  The item was dropped shipped from Amazon. I ordered the item because it was an older Yeti color and the item description stated I would receive that color. However I received a newer currently available color directly from Amazon. I would not purchase from this vendor as my return label was also directly back to Amazon. Waste of time. Would give 0 stars.
