    This was a terrible experience. They sent me the wrong item. Then for the return they didn’t send me a pick up label but a drop off. I had to go to the post office to ship it. They also sent me the wrong barcode, I had to pay for another envelope about $2 because they didn’t accept the priority envelope that it was sent in. This is ridiculous. Terrible service. I’ll never shop from this person. I will file a complaint against them on Ebay. So disrespectful.

    Boxed item could have been shipped in a better condition cardboard box. Antenna was lose inside box with little packing paper, cardboard box is worn beaten, tape torn amazon cardboard box with both sides of the box open. I'm really surprised it actually arrived at my address.
