  I ordered a purple file and I was told that this was no longer in stock. The company gave me the options of the colours they had for me to choose from and I selected "Rose" from the choices they provided. When my folder arrived, it was red and not the "rose" I had chosen from their list. I contacted the seller, but they didn't reply. I have returned it for a refund (using their own packaging, which seemed a little flimsy).

We understand colour expectations can vary, but the correct item was supplied. Regarding your comment on packaging, we must respectfully disagree, as we use manufacturer-approved materials and have never had issues raised before. While we regret it did not meet your expectations, it was shipped correctly.
