This seller is a scammer as soon as I bought this he raised the price. He has multiple accounts on eBay be aware I’m calling Ebay right now on him. He told me he was having a problem with shipment. He shipped it and then hours later he tells me it’s a problem in transit through email. He’s a liar.

It was on its way. All the sudden, got a message this morning it was lost in transit and we would get refund, even tho it wasn't due to be delivered until tomorrow. So then I get message it is delivered. Nope not here. Call the post office. That tracking number was delivered to a different house in same town. It had the correct name and address for that house/person, not ours! Obviously this seller would rather lie, than take responsibility for their screw up!!! What a waste of my time!

Although I ordered the cream colored fireplace. The seller later found out that they were out of stock in that color. I informed them that I only wanted the item in cream color and asked for a cancellation and refund. To my surprise, alva12478 apologized for the mishap and within 24 hours I was refunded my full amount. I will definitely recommend doing business with them in the future.
