    The phone worked fine and was in the condition described (it even included a screen protector as a bonus), but it would not let me use a non-Verizon eSIM. (This is reported to be a problem with unlocked Pixel phones that had been activated on Verizon.) I had to return it. That said, I had a very good experience with the seller. The shipping was fast and they responded very quickly and professionally. The return was easy and the refund quick. Recommended.

    Phone as described. Would purchase from seller again. Would like better shipping options however, it did arrive later than date given when purchased. Seller was willing to come down on price since phone was used. On first appearance, phone looked good but did have a couple blemishes once I got it in my hands but not a big deal for me at all. Overall so far phone has been of great quality for the price that I paid and am very satisfied with my purchase.

    First off great condition just as described and great price. 2nd not so good, whoever packed it for shipping should get a new job. Box had very little soft packing inside. When I opened the box, the phone was loose with the cord, charger, and sim tool Laying right on the exposed phone screen. Very lucky the phone and screen didn't get damaged. When you buy a $500 phone, it should be packed so there is no movement inside the box as the box probably got thrown around a dozen times from TX to WI
