They said there checked the cable was working before being sent out which is hard to belive when it arrives in a sealed package from manufacturer. They where also rude touch contact. If you check at of bottom of feed back on negative someone else had received the exact same product about a year ago being faulty. I have returned item and are trying to not give refund. Absolutely dodgy seller. Ask for refund straight forward is not right.
