    Absolutely dreadful experience – avoid this seller! This has been one of the worst eBay transactions I've ever had. The shipping speed was abysmal; it took an unacceptably long time for the item to even be marked as shipped, let alone arrive. When I reached out to the seller to inquire about the delay, their response was incredibly combative and unhelpful. Instead of offering any assistance or explanation, I was met with a sorry excuse and defensiveness. Handled poorly and unprofessional.
