Yes, not “delayed” in shipping, no, EARLIER THAN TRACKING or SHIPPING initially described!?!!! - I’ve heard “fairy-tales” and “legends” of shipping & freight companies delivering undamaged and on-time, but I’ve never seen it happen… AND, early too?? - awesome!!     First DVD drive I received didn't work. After requesting to return it, the seller offered to have his "tech" test and mail a replacement which I accepted. I received a replacement a little over a week later. The replacement is capable of booting from disks and mounting them. Doesn't work every time though but I appreciate the effort by the seller trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend buying these IDE former DELL drives though.

    Everything came as ordered and in good condition. I liked the fact that time was taken to pack everything well, so nothing got damaged. The cost of the items was a fair price, and I would buy from this seller again.

    Item shipped quickly in appropriate packaging and arrived in mint condition. Price was about what I'd expect for older OEM equipment. I only wish the screws were included! But not holding that against the seller since it is a 20 year old part.
