Lovely item. Purchased for a Mr Bean's Bear I'd just completed. The colour black I ordered was unavailable, this was messaged to me within 24 hrs of ordering. I picked another colour for my bear, if I'm honest I think "Teddy" looks better with a white collar anyway. I found communication with the seller to be polite and straight forward.
