Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience. The equipment I purchased arrived damaged and does not work. Additionally, the inventory number listed in the product description does not match the inventory number of the equipment I received. Last week, I contacted your team to seek a solution and was told that I would receive a response on Monday of this week. As of now, I have not received any message from you, let alone a solution.
