  I have looked for a laptop for two months now. This is my third time buying a laptop for school and FINALLY got what was actually being sold! It's a beautiful laptop and has the specs advertised. It was packaged as if it had come from Dell themselves. Sold as used but looks brand new! The shipping took a hot minute but only because it landed in Kernersville, NC also known as the package pit.   The product came exactly as described: brand new, only opened for upgraded ram and storage. The seller was a fast communicator despite different timezones, and answered all of my annoying questions prior to purchase. Willing to work with you if something comes up after purchase.   Computer came quickly and was very nice. I couldnt figure out the how to get the office 2021 to install. The seller did everything they could to help me and sent me the keys. I just couldnt figure it out. Im not good with computers at all. So its not their fault. I returned the computer and they responded very fast with a return label and refunded me all my money as soon as they got it back. This is a very good seller! I wish i could have figured it out.
