  Absolutely great mug. Arrived in immaculate condition and was well worth the money I paid. Seller gave me a great bargain and I hope to do business with them in the future. Packaging was excellent and great care was taken to ensure safe delivery so that was also much appreciated. Shipping costs a bit higher than I’d have liked but other than that, very satisfied.   Awesome seller! Everything was right about this purchase. She made sure I knew everything that might be wrong about my purchase ahead of time like that the box wasn’t included. Cherished teddy was exactly as described, is in great condition, was a good price and she also combined shipping, shipped out quickly, and was packaged with extreme care.   Great communication from before purchase to the final outcome. Unfortunately, this arrived damaged, as it was very fragile (too fragile) in several spots. I know packages get tossed around pretty hard, but this one seemed to be packed well. Seller responded right away and took care of me. I really appreciate the communication and the return being quick and efficient! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again.
