    This item arrived in a timely fashion and was in good shape and worked well, as described. I unfortunately was advised incorrectly by a friend that the Generation3 worked as a HomeKit Hub and it does not. I will "rehome" it. To be clear the seller did fine and the unit shipped in a timely fashion and well packed.

    As you can tell by the remote this is not the same item as pictured. The remote appears to be filthy. The white is brown. The item took nearly a month to arrive and the seller NEVER responded to ONE message. Communication was none existent. It was cheap so guess you get what you pay for but the quality is much poorer than the photos.
