  My purchase was dispatched quickly. It was really well packed, great value for money, and exactly what I need. There had been a problem with RMailsaying it was delivered somewhere other than where it should have been, and was, the seller was very quick to respond and contacted R Mail pretty much immediately, they weren't much help, so eBay were contacted and gave advise on how to proceed.
