Every step would take 2 days. Kept asking for updates. Admitted price was a mistake and would honor one price. But that ended up being a fake. Extremely poor communication. Lies lies lies! Told me they would give me another shoe but quoted me a price higher than most other sellers. I gave them many chances to fix the problem but they never did. First they said it was shipped. Then they said DHL had to change the label. Then they admitted the price was too low and they couldn’t take that loss. The finally agreed to send one of the two orders. Only problem with the one they sent was that it failed the authentication process. It’s been a month. They offered me coupons I never got. Offered me a different shoe for a lot of $.
