  Bike arrived quickly and only needed to install pedal, seat post and handlebar. Tires required air and battery charged for about 4 hours. Otherwise, the bike was ready to ride. I did perform a few upgrades, replacing brakes to 180mm rotors, mechanical-hydraulic calipers, replaced seat post and added a childseat. Had to change control parameters for higher speed and less sensitive pedal requiring password from manufacturer. Customer service responded within 2 days. Happy w/bike and service
