  Seller failed to certify stones as advertised in the description that they provide certificate for every stone. I have a saved screenshot as proof, seller claims im the only 1 thats had an issue so far. Everything came packaged very well and the stones are beautiful, seller offered me to send stones back and they would certify for me but I dont trust the seller now after being deceived, the seller wouldn't offer a refund. I wouldn't leave negative feedback had i been offered refunds.

  We are sincerely sorry for what happened, but we do not agree to only refund with no return, it's also look like you are a scrammer too. You can send us return request and then we will fully refund you following eBay policy to protect both of us as a buyer and seller, if you found these item is unsatisfied. We insist that we did not deceive you at all, because we did not put any information of those gems ‘Certificate Included’ at the first place. It's only your misunderstanding.
