    I'm sure the item would have been exactly as described. USPS decided to send my package around the country to who knows where.. . I contacted the seller and explained the situation because it had been about a month and tracking hadn't updated in at least 10 days. They called me, apologized and refunded all within one to two hours of me letting them know of the problem. They were very professional and I would highly recommend anybody looking for exceptional service and customer care.

    I would definitely buy from this seller again. I bought both a front and rear door for an F150. I sent questions to the seller prior to purchase and they were quick to respond with clear answers. The doors came together on one pallet that was extremely well packaged including cloth between to keep them from rubbing and industrial shrink wrapping to hold them together. They arrived overnight...quicker than most of my Amazon shipments.
