    Previously sent to Seller when Return Request was rejected and closed: I DID NOT order from another seller. I made an honest mistake ordering this size grate. I started this return when I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I would have returned the item in the original packaging when I received it. Other sellers have done the same. You are inflexible and unsympathetic and a BAD EBay Seller. This will be noted on your Feedback when I receive the item so others will be warned and advised!!

    I'm sorry if you placed an order by mistake for the wrong item. Per our store policy we do not accept return for this item as stated at the item description and return policy. I'm sorry if you missed that information when you placed an order. Return was rejected automatically since there is no returns on this item. Very sorry but we have to follow our store return policy.
