  This must be the absolute best customer service I have ever received. I ordered it yesterday and received it today. Seller kept in touch with me thanking me for the order let me know that she received the order and was packaging it and also let me know it was being shipped.   Product itself is good quality however it said in description it came with the bacalava and it doesn’t for $53 should have came with it I would leave a neutral but the seller was willing to give a full refund and was communicating and that’s always good business

  Tried to get items several times with no luck. Dealer said it was delivered, but never reached me. I contacted them asking for paypal refund or two cutting mats and neither was done. Of all the times I have had successful deliveries and some refunds, I RARELY ever leave poor feedback. Had to this time. $14. is my loss. UPS said they returned to sender and sender said it was delivered. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.
