I've contacted them numerous times and now filed a claim with Ebay. The seller will not respond at all. Hopefully I get my money back, but because of what I purchased, I am out way more money because these bottoms matched a top I bought from a different seller. So, I'm out $35 regardless now. So, this experience pretty well sucks.
