  This product was in great condition, especially for the price. It was in the safest packaging, wrapped in bubble wrap with packing peanuts surrounding it. It shipped very quickly. The pictures are very detailed, and they look exactly as described. When I asked questions, they were quick to respond. A great contender for anything video game related. Would buy from again.

  Shipping and packaging was great There was a difference with what was shipped and the listing.   Headset came as described/pictured. You didn't disclose the fact that the Glasses Spacer was already installed, so I was ready to go and get another, lol! Packaging was as tight as a Fortress, so no damage during shipping (2 layers bubble wrap, an outer box of packing peanuts [do not eat the packing peanuts, y'all]). Shipping was FREE and lightning fast, I thought USPS was on crack! Decent value for a pre-owned headset, you EARNED your 100% satisfaction!!
