  Not new as described. The box was more tape that box. The contents were all packaged well with this foam sheeting taped around everything and there was no damage to that wrapping on on the rails but clearly the item was used and or damaged as there are visable chips in this metal frame. Pieces were bent and we struggled to get slots in. My husband had to manually bend them back. Was offered to send this back for a full refund but the box would not have salagable for us to do so

  The packaging wasn't very good. The box was just wrapped in bubbles and clear plastic and then shipped out. Luckily there wasn't a lot of damage on the box so I can't complain too much. Other than that, I got just what I wanted and shipping was very fast!

  I received very fast. Free shipping was great. Packing was original but you could tell it had a little dust and tags were aged. But very happy table cloth inside looks great and in perfect condition.
