    Seller shipped these promptly and packaged them relatively well. I liked the style a lot, and price was fair on them with free shipping. The bad part was these were listed as for 2.5" x 2.5" posts, which is exactly what I had (true outside dimensions). These did not fit. They were actually about an 1/8" too small on the inside of them. These should have had a few more pictures shown with a tape ruler by them inside and out and exact inside measurements, to make sure buyer knows the exact size

    Despite an issue initially with the frame (damaged track)…these folks treated me fairly & professionally. They back their product. Overall for the price, it’s a real cost effective way to provide shade and a nice look to a patio area for a fraction of cover or gazebo.
