Overall, this was a very smooth transaction - the seller was speedy with communication, the price was good and the postage costs were excellent. I would have preferred more photos of the piece itself, as a repair has been made to the top of the right-hand side that is not really visible in the pictures, and there are decorative drawer pulls that aren't visible either (although that was actually a pleasant surprise!). Still, I can't really complain for the price! A very good transaction overall!

Package arrived damaged (ripped open) in a Royal Mail bag apologizing for the condition of the parcel. On examination four of the books were missing. On contacting the seller to inform of the situation I was most kindly immediately offered a full refund and allowed to keep the books that did arrive, by a very helpful seller, even though it was Royal Mail at fault. Probably the worst of my purchases ever. The vac was absolutely filthy, even the dust container had dust etc in it. Also the convoluting hose had tape round part of it so it was faulty. I contacted the seller who gave 10% of the purchase price back. Please be careful with this seller as they are not exactly describing the sales item honestly and truthfully. It took me over an hour to purge the vac of its dust and contents and had to buy a replacement filter as it had perished.

I had pictured the full condition and priced accordingly based on its condition. Buyer had not read through and had not looked at pictures. I did see fifer a 10% refund even tho the customer did not read description or look at photos.
