Delivered on time, but the software I purchased was part of a 2 PC set with matching serial numbers when sold by Tecan. The seller has the other copy with same serial number up for sale separately, even after I informed them that the software with that serial number that I purchased is now registered and licensed to me. It may have started as an honest mistake, but instead of correcting it or removing the other copy for sale, the seller wanted more money for the other half of the set.
