This is a very good company. The item arrive quickly and was packed well. Very good service. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information locally about the correct led light for my ceiling fan and the new part did not fit. No fault of the seller. I was able to print a return label. I am awaiting my refund which will probably take a few days. I did have to pay $7.50 return postage but that is normal. I'm happy with the company and service and assume my refund will arrive as scheduled.

Good seller but had some issues. If you purchase a large item that requires freight (LTL) be sure to discuss with the seller that they use a reputable shipping company and not just the cheapest option. Finally make sure seller packages item better so it’s not damaged during shipping. Seller gave a small refund for the shipping inconvenience and damages after I requested one. Seller did not offer a refund or want to claim responsibility.

I contacted the seller of the electrical disconnect enclosure that was listed and Specifically ask if it was the same size . Sellers replied Correct. The enclosure I received was half the size of the one I sent in the photo. I had no choice but to use this smaller enclosure because of the 5° weather and my heatpump was out if commission. The enclosure as you can see in the photo on the left is half the size of the original . I would not recommend this seller to anyone
