  The seller sent me a defective, non-functional item and is refusing to honor his own return policy or provide any way to return the item! After over a month of disputing with the seller and Ebay, and waiting on seller's false promisses, the seller has still NOT provided any way of returning the item! This is a fraudulant seller and should be banned from Ebay! Avoid!

  Hello, you stated that our product is defective but refused to provide us with any proof (pictures or videos). We have tried to provide you with a return label, but we have contacted you several times and have not received any response from you. After a month or so, you left me a review. But the fact remains that the money has now been refunded to you in full and the goods have not been returned to us. I believe that justice is in the eye of the beholder.

  Customer Service was good. But did not receive a valid tracking number. And package was sent back to warwarehouse. Without trying to contact me before delivery just assumed the address wasn't in service. I farm there for i gave instructions to contact me prior of delivery. I was refunded full amount.

  Packed in a wooden crate, with fast shipping from California (6 Days) auger motor seems very beefy overall the unit is very heavy, it attached to my many skids with no problem.

  Ad said 1.5 ton but when shipped the shipping weight was only 1 ton. When contacted they blamed it on "the new guy". Only offered me $100 return. Eventually settled on $250 return. Not even enough to pay for the tax. Contacting them was hard because they only replied at 3am due to the time difference. Machine is good so far. Haven't had a chance to use it to its fullest yet. Was delivered in new condition. Just really turned off from the seller. I wonder how many people think they have a 1.5 ton

Regarding the time difference, please accept our sincere apologies, but it really wasn't an exaggeration to respond at 3:00 am, which would have been coincidental.
