  Amazing service 5 star seller. I missed option for expedited delivery but seller allowed me to cancel and replace order. Additionally in a rush to order I mistyped one of the engraving requirements. Seller engraved my incorrect plate but additionally engraved another corrected plate, realising I may have made an error, and sent both at no extra cost. 36 hours from order to delivery. Absolutely fantastic service! 5 stars! Thank you.

  I have left positive feedback because the items and seller communication was great, unfortunately the shipping was diabolical it was Tracked 48 and according to the tracking it took Royal Mail 5 days from posting the items out to confirm they had recieved them then a further 3 days to actually deliver them. I appreciate once they are posted it is out of the sellers hands hence why positive feedback has been left

  Thank you for being so patient and understanding. It is surprising how many customers still believe the estimated delivery times and that the royal mail only take a day or two to deliver mail. We have had a case open with the royal mail for several months who insist that these are minor issues but in fact they are happening almost daily. Their answer is to tell all customers they should be using special delivery. We now have months of data which is to be sent to MP's and OFCOM.
