  A goldmine of PERFECT ballet technique; all levels including pointe! I remember buying this on VHS in the 1970s and it cost about $250. If you teach any level of ballet or age, you NEED this DVD. It's easy to local barre,center, adage, allegro, enchainment, etc. because of 1.0-1.15. 2.0-2.33 Barre, etc. up through 9.0-9.23 Pointe, etc. I thought Gail Grant's Dictionary was the go-to for ballet technique but for visual learners, THIS DVD is the BEST! Professional ballerinas/demonstrate!
